Pros

There were opportunities to make a good amount of money working both overtime and doing really well in sales.

You get half price on your Verizon plan. You get discounts on items in store or online.

Cons

Very high-pressure sales environment that often times used the threat of losing your job to motivate you.

We were frequently forced to talk about products that our customers would have no interest in, often times ruining the mood of the transaction.

Advice to Management

Figure out how to stop using write-ups and threats of being fired to motivate your staff, and come up with a better sales model than needing $100+ in ARPU (average revenue per user) per phone, because that simply isn't a long-term sustainable model.
