Good work-life balance, good growth and hikes, secure job, approachable leadership team, good leave policy. Freshers are treated very nicely here.
Very little learning, less pay. Freshers should not join this company. As for them, it's the best time to learn. Too many restrictions and policies. Most of the time, waiting for the onshore team to start the work.
Hire less and pay more. The work which five employees are doing can be done by one alone.
