As a friend, I would suggest not to go for contract payroll at Verizon.
Being on a permanent payroll at Verizon is good. Verizon has developed its own hub and network and has many projects going on.
Revenue: It's a 300 billion dollar company, holding the 3rd position after Google and Facebook in the global market.
Challenging work environment. Can learn the latest technologies through work experience.
Benefits: Provides many benefits to Verizon employees.
Disadvantage: Vendor discrimination is much more from the management level to the employee level (for training, work allocations, event participation, work pressure, and so on).
I request not to join Verizon as a vendor.
The hiring process needs to be changed. It should not depend on vendor companies.
