Coworkers are very friendly and like family. Working there is relaxed, and you put in your typical 40 hours per week. Unlike other places where they claim a great culture and work environment, but hide the fact that they always expect you to work overtime without pay.
Depending on the department, this is not a pure software house where you only spend time with a large amount of developers.
So, for beginners who are very hungry and are looking for a competitive, fast-paced environment like Silicon Valley, this is not the place. But you'll have a great work-life balance.
