Work happens for the status calls and not really towards any goals. Goals keep changing.
They seem to welcome innovation and change, but they keep supporting old policies and tools just because they have them and they aren't willing to change.
Multiple levels of management. Lot of politics. VDSI is an IT company with a lot of processes. It is not a product or technology company.
Change cannot happen from the employee level. It should come from the senior leadership team.
