Process
The interview was divided into an initial phone screen, followed by a few technical phone screens, and a combination behavioral/technical on-site. I really enjoyed the on-site because pair programming was a part of it, a great way to see someone actually coding a real-life solution.

How would you think about designing an app from beginning to end?
Pair programming involved fixing a bug and adding features.
Was also asked to go through my own code and show a snippet I was proud of.
