The whole experience was really pleasant. The recruiter was super friendly and direct throughout the whole process. I had the opportunity to speak to a bunch of engineers and managers, and I felt like I was given a fair chance to show who I am as a person and what I have to offer as an engineer.
I was given a pretty open-ended take-home coding project, had a couple short phone calls, and then two on-site interviews at which I spoke to a combined 4 engineers/managers.
The interviews were very conversational -- mostly talking about code, the take-home project, and my past work rather than traditional whiteboard-type problems. The process moved along quickly and really sped up after the take-home project.
A fair number of behavioral questions, some higher-level design questions, and some JavaScript talk.
