The recruiter was very persistent in asking about who the CEO was. I did not know much about the CEO, and he got very upset. If you were to ask me about Tim Cook, I wouldn't be able to tell you much about him.

Pros: I love working at Vimeo. My colleagues are awesome, and it's a very healthy workplace.
Great culture, nice people, and a fun product to work on.
Overall, the best tech company I've worked at.
Cons: There have been two rounds of layoffs in the past year that have created a lot of stress among employees. I know it's a larger trend in the tech industry right now, but it's disappointing to see it happen at Vimeo when the company is already in a good place financially. It sucks to constantly be wondering when another round is coming and if you might be next.
