Process
I had a phone screening call where the interviewer was in a car because of some "mixup". It lagged a lot, and the most often used phrase was probably "what"?
I then had a take-home exercise, which I completed and sent back.
I did not get any feedback for literal months. When I did, it was a short email saying they weren't interested. It was a serious waste of time.
Questions
They mostly asked about experience, and we chatted about various architectural concepts. It was very informal.
