I've only been doing mobile dev here for about 7 months, but I can say that in this time the team has developed extremely well. Our process of development has become one of the best ones I've ever experienced (and I've worked at both very small and very large companies).
Everyone on the team is very open to suggestions, and it's great that there is always an open dialog around every facet of development – from contributing to product decisions to being included in the design process.
Our team director also has worked extremely hard to ensure that we all get to work on exactly what interests/challenges us. I've learned more in these 7 months than my 2 years combined at my previous jobs. The work is challenging but exceptionally rewarding.
It's honestly hard to think of any cons at this point.
I've heard that vertical mobility can be an issue at this company, but I personally haven't witnessed that.
I also think there have been some growing pains around how other teams should be structured, but after a recent reorganization, everything has improved drastically.
Keep up the good work. Always have an open mind around process changes. And if you find good developers, don't let them go.
