There have been two rounds of layoffs in the past year that have created a lot of stress among employees. I know it's a larger trend in the tech industry right now, but it's disappointing to see it happen at Vimeo when the company is already in a good place financially. It sucks to constantly be wondering when another round is coming and if you might be next.
