The phone interview was non-technical. The direct interview was a combination of technical, people management, leadership, and other skills.
It went well overall, but I didn't hear from anyone for about three weeks. After following up, I was told that the team was busy and had still not completed the interview process. After two months, I received an email stating that the position was closed.
