Recruiter reached out with some questions (about base salary expectations, visa status, hybrid work structure…).

Scheduled the interview with the Director. The interview went well, but I sensed that the director felt threatened because I had experience working at AWS. She mentioned that they recently promoted someone to the Director role from an IC position (not sure how that works).

I did not hear from the recruiter after the interview. Followed up multiple times, and the answer I received was that the interviewer must add the feedback in the system, which they did not.

The recruiter replied to me open-ended, saying that they would update me once the interviewer added the feedback. So far, no update; it's been more than 4 weeks.

Edit: I received a response today, which is after around 5 weeks.
