I was interviewed 4 times. Two individuals were from India, and two were from Texas. All interviews were technical rounds. The only issue was that none of them called me at the scheduled time. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pros: Excellent company to work for to build a career. Uniquely positioned as both a technology platform company and a well-differentiated business enterprise. Legendary reputation in the payments business and innovation around it. Excellent professional atmosphere with high camaraderie between colleagues. Great employee benefits and people-friendly policies.

Cons: Salary is competitive but needs to be aligned more with rising costs. Sometimes career growth suffers because of bureaucracy that is typical of big, established, super-successful companies.
