I was contacted by a Visa recruiter via email.
I had a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by another interview with a Visa recruiter.
This second recruiter stated that the test was to determine whether I have basic coding skills. They could have ascertained this by looking at my GitHub repo and seeing the kind of work I can do.
Instead, they decided to evaluate my skills based on how quickly and accurately I could solve a problem that would never appear in the real world.
