Had two interviews:

• The first was with two senior software engineers – they were very reasonable and understanding.
• The second interview was with the dev manager, who was reasonable, but the company's director was absolutely unpleasant. He did not understand the difference between college and A-level grades and expected a lot from someone who had just passed their first year of Computer Science, even though I had a few projects under my belt. It felt like no amount of preparation could have answered his questions.

I was rejected a month later after constantly asking for feedback. He was not a very motivating or encouraging person to work for; instilling fear is not the way to go.
