The agency sourced my CV. After the HackerRank test, one month later, the agency called me to schedule a face-to-face interview. I reached the office at the scheduled time. No one addressed me for 30 minutes. Later, HR came and took me inside the office premises. I waited again for 30 minutes for an interviewer to arrive. The interview then went for an hour. I didn't perform well in the interview, but that doesn't mean HR should not update the status of the interview. Post-interview, I kept waiting; no one updated me on the interview status. I became frustrated and left. This attitude from HR is not acceptable. I took a half-day off from my office to attend the interview.
