Some managers do not maintain the right transparency between employees and senior leaders.
I am quite unhappy with this kind of culture fostered by selfish managers.
HRs and managers lie a lot when joining the company, making false commitments regarding variable components, project responsibilities, and the tech stack.
There is an unspoken rule that everyone is supposed to work for 12 hours. You will know this in a few months after joining.
Senior leaders should talk to employees under managers if they by themselves can't find the right managers for their project.
Make a clear vision. Continue innovations. You are doing good there!
