Hi,
I would like to give an honest review of my interview process.
My first interview was a 1:1 with someone who did not introduce herself. She immediately jumped into questions before I had even entered the room or been seated.
The questions were not relevant to a QA role. Which QA tester alters table columns in a database? Is a QA tester allowed to change the database structure? So why were these questions asked?
The interview panel expected me to know Java coding. I don't understand; if we are expected to code, who will do the actual testing?
Thanks.
Update table column
