I applied through LinkedIn, and immediately the interview was scheduled. I had a first round of interview with a senior developer, and the questions asked were very easy, mostly related to basics of Java, Spring Boot, threads, etc.

The interview went well, but I never received any call or response from HR after the first round. I don't understand why they waste candidates' time when they don't intend to hire them.

A kind request to the HR team of Visa: please don't think that candidates applying for a job are useless. If a candidate is not selected, it is your responsibility to let them know with feedback. Remember that you are also an employee, and this can happen to you as well.

STOP WASTING THE TIME OF JOB SEEKERS.

I would not suggest anyone waste their time with the Visa interview process.
