Invited to the job fair to apply and discuss opportunities. The recruiter, manager, or HR representative was not present. Interviews were conducted by various engineers, even recent graduates, for different roles.
It was difficult to determine who was interviewing for which roles. Several individuals asked me to speak with someone else.
There was no clear indication of interest or what the next steps would be. New graduates and junior programmers seemed to have better luck.
