Process
Visa should seriously work on its recruitment process more. The recruiters never reply, follow-up emails are never answered, and queries regarding the process remain unanswered.
I interviewed with the Director for the position, and he was very impressed. He told me I would be sent an invitation for an onsite interview. However, I never received the invite from the recruiters, and there were no responses after that.
This experience feels like a waste of time unless you are an internal candidate or have a strong referral.
