Initial tech screening via an automated system. (Be warned, no debugging is available, all within the browser window.)

After that, a technical questions and culture questions session with the lead and manager of the team I was applying for. Both were very lovely folks and very professional.

After that, a discussion with senior management + director of the department. A lot more big-picture questions on how you would handle staff and your own personal views on what is important in a team and development.

There were a lot of disconnected questions, but three I remember were:

1. How would you go about dealing with an endpoint that may or may not respond and may return malformed data?
2. Talk through one of your favorite design patterns.
3. How would you manage a junior engineer who refuses to take opinions from others?
