Please stay away from this company; they only care when they need.

• Applied for a job in November 2021, and an interview was scheduled for the end of the month.
• Two hours before the interview, I received an email stating it was canceled.
• After two months, I received another call as the position was reopened. I proceeded, and an interview was scheduled for February 2022.
• I cleared a technical round and a HackerRank assessment in February 2022, receiving positive feedback from the interviewer.
• I waited for almost two months with regular follow-up emails, receiving no response from the recruiters whatsoever. Finally, I had one more interview and HackerRank scheduled for April 2022.
• I cleared the interview and HackerRank with flying colors, according to the interviewer's feedback.
• I've been waiting for two months now, with no response from recruiters despite my multiple follow-ups.

I don't understand. If the interviewer is sharing positive feedback, then why is the process stuck without transparency? Why don't recruiters respond to follow-ups? Why do they only come back when they need?

I'm not sure if I'll get a response or an offer, but in any case, I will stay away from this company.

Recruiters, a rejection email is far better than ghosting.

If a candidate is trying for a job at your company, it's only because you need a resource, so please respect them.
