On every occasion, I have to follow up 3-4 times for next steps. They don't have the courtesy to inform the candidate if they have been selected for the next round. They asked me for my availability for the next round, and after that, the recruiter, manager, or team didn't contact me, nor did they answer my emails. Highly unprofessional team and recruiter.
