Cons: Some teams make you hate Visa. Unnecessary work pressure, very micromanagement, too much politics, so I finally changed my job.

Pros: Visa is an industry leader in its domain and is deciding to make its departments technology-centric.
Work-life balance is good.
Cons: Management is bad. Too many people clamor for the same thing, as there is not a diversity of projects.
Management does not know how to foster career growth.
Decisions on who does what seem arbitrary and cause confusion.
It seems a small number of people control decisions on who works on which projects.
