It was a smooth process. First, resume shortlisting, then an online assessment on HackerRank. After getting shortlisted from the OA, there were three rounds of interviews. The first two were technical and managerial, and the last was an HR round. Every round was an elimination round.

Pros: Everyone is so helpful and easy to work with.
Manager is great and really cares (but depends on luck).
No politics internally and the team tries to be open and transparent.
Health insurance and dental coverage is pretty good for the employee and family.
* 20 days leave, increasing to 25 after 5 years with the company.
* 10 days family emergency leave.
Cons: Too many security and compliance requirements to adhere to, thus keeping engineers very busy with them.
HR does not seem to be helping much with retention.
Salaries need to be improved for those that stayed and possess the knowledge.
