Pros: Good work-life balance with flexible working hours. People tend to come to the office pretty late in the morning and leave at around 6 pm. People here are really nice too, and the non-salary benefits are pretty good.

Cons: Salary not on par with other similar roles in tech. Work may also sometimes become mundane due to some red tape.

Pros: The manager cares about your growth. They set up weekly meetings to make sure everything is on the right track. The team is willing to teach you and offer any sort of help. Good work-life balance.

Cons: I was working with another team in Singapore. The time difference sometimes made it inconvenient.
