The interview process consists of one OA, one coding round, one system design round, and one behavioral question round. The process takes two weeks, and I requested updates every three days. I passed all coding tests but was rejected after the final round. I believe they sought someone exceptionally skilled at articulating their past project accomplishments.

Pros: Decent pay, international name on CV, good work-life balance (depends on the team).

Cons: - Missing benefits from offer. For more than a year, we have had no PPO or author's rights. Beware if they are promised to you, as of right now, they aren't implemented. - Lots of legacy code. - Management focuses on arbitrary metrics for upper management instead of more pressing issues (like reworking legacy code, expanding existing documentation, etc.). - Slow processes regarding anything Poland-specific (e.g., Poland-specific benefits).
