I got a LinkedIn message from a recruiter.
We scheduled a phone call.
Then there was an online assessment.
I passed the OA.
Next, they scheduled an interview.
However, they canceled it and ended up moving forward with another candidate. This felt weird and disrespectful of my time.
When I asked to follow up, there was always no response.
