Pros: I was on an innovation team, and Visa did a lot for us. They sponsored many events, hackathons, Stanford design classes, and happy hours, and made sure the team was like a family. Visa also has many new technologies under way that will change how consumers use technology, from ATMs and IoT to 3D displays and smart cars. I definitely loved working at Visa.

Cons: I was late on my project. Instead of helping me, my lead engineer took over, and I was left without a project. The next day, I was fired. My manager didn't give me a chance, nor did they talk to my co-workers, who were shocked too.
