They first had an online programming quiz that was timed. You are faced with two questions, one harder than the other. If you pass this quiz, you are then scheduled for a phone interview.

One of the programming questions was to find as many inversions in an array. For example, if the array is {5, 4, 3, 1, 2}, the inversions would be:
