Good company with a nice culture. Good CEO. Very good employee benefits.
Managers are not good at understanding candidate potential. The hiring process is not well-defined and lacks good checks, as some managers hire their known persons rather than talent. Lower-level managers are quite political.
Promotions are difficult.
Please redefine the hiring process to hire talent rather than hiring people known to the hiring managers.
Please keep a check on the interview process and the feedback provided by the interviewers. Also, make sure that interview panels are correct for the job description.
