Working at Visa is generally a good experience. The company offers good pay, employee benefits, and training opportunities. We have a gym, classes, and various events here.
The culture and structure at Visa are not diversified enough. Employees tend to refer their relatives and friends to the same team.

QA Engineer
There was one interview, conducted onsite. It lasted about three hours. Three developers and two QA engineers asked questions, which covered Java technical topics, test scenarios, Selenium, and APIs. The interviewers were polite and friendly.
