Good manager and team
Team is very talented and skilled. Manager is open-minded and delivers in providing good opportunities.
The engineering team needs better planning when it comes to the individual engineers. It feels like sometimes it hasn't been decided who is doing what.
Visa very much wants to be part of the big tech conversations, but they need to provide two things to accomplish that:
- Allow more opportunities to hear out ideas from employees.
- The compensation to match the skills of the employees.
Have more planning meetings for the juniors so they know what they are doing at all times. Also give juniors more opportunities to show skills and leadership.
