Coworkers are great and fun to work with!
Fun events are held often enough, sometimes providing free food.
The 401k match is actually fantastic! It's a double match up to 5%.
Health, dental, and vision are really good as well.
Managers don’t seem to understand what the team they manage does, despite having worked there long enough to have no excuse.
HR doesn’t take complaints about discrimination seriously at all and constantly brushes them off.
Management doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing or how to do their job properly.
Management retaliates when you’ve proven discrimination and won’t do anything about it, instead sweeping it under the rug.
Management buries their head in the sand when they have to actually do what their job entails and instead defers to team leads to do the work for them.
When HR is given proof of retaliation from management, they dodge setting up a meeting with you to ‘investigate’ as they’re legally bound to do, claiming a busy schedule when they forget everyone’s outlook calendar is available to see to anyone looking for their availability.
Work-life balance is kinda bad considering there has to be times when full-time salary employees must work unpaid overtime or outside of normal business hours without being allowed to minimize their schedule for the next business day (e.g., getting calls at 8 PM and working to 2 AM, but still having to show up/log on to work the next day without being allowed to take the day off and not use your PTO!).
Pay discrepancies exist between coworkers despite the same role/title, including male employees with less experience and ‘lower’ level/title being paid more than a female employee with a ‘high’ title/level.
Make sure you understand your team's functions. A deeper understanding than giving a one-sentence description full of buzzwords and jargon that doesn't actually explain anything.
Stop retaliating against employees just because you're upset you have to do the job you were hired to do.
Stop threatening employees' jobs simply because you don't personally like them, even though they do well and are well-liked by others.
Don't be hypocritical in how you handle your business. If you expect something from your employees (like being at the office during certain times), then you should be able to follow through on that as well.
Actually be flexible in work schedules, like visa claims. Instead of getting snippy when an employee does the same thing management has done.
Interview Types: * OCR * Telephonic * Onsite This was an easy interview, but the director was not interested. They were on their phone for the entire duration. They did not understand coding, yet they asked coding questions and didn't compreh
The interview process spanned one month, beginning with an online test followed by two technical rounds and one behavioral round. All interviews were scheduled according to my preferences and availability. The technical rounds were straightforward,
On every occasion, I have to follow up 3-4 times for next steps. They don't have the courtesy to inform the candidate if they have been selected for the next round. They asked me for my availability for the next round, and after that, the recruiter,
