Pros

Really great company benefits, good work-life balance, and most of the colleagues are relatively nice. Good job security.

From what I saw, many people come in late to the office, leave early, and take long lunch breaks, with a few tea breaks in between. That is on top of the many random events that happen, such as some CEO visits, International Women's Day, or whatever. There are also lots of pointless recurring internal meetings without agendas.

Basically, there's very little time to do any productive work for most of the people.

Cons

Visa has an extremely laid-back culture with very bad software practices. You likely won't learn much here. There is not much technical discussion, and quite a few of the directors are unqualified. They are only where they are through loyalty - 10-15 years of not learning much and staying at Visa.

Advice to Management

Some of the directors are very bad and close to toxic. Also, please have some real diversity; 80% of the people here from some teams are of the same certain race/nationality.
