Good reputation, best working culture, great colleagues, decent benefits, flexible and work/life balance.
Depending on the team/department you are in, you might be micromanaged or given mundane tasks, which makes it boring. Sometimes it feels like there are too many "middle managers" that don't do much except for attend meetings, yet the juniors have to bear most of the work. Oh, and they love contractors more than full-time staff.
Too many of them makes the team feel out of place, as some are working remotely and there is no sense of belonging. The hot desk system is not the best, and the hybrid model should stick to 2, not 3, days in the office.
Reduce the number of contractors and hire more full-time staff. Reduce the number of middle management, as they don't get much done. Increase benefits for employees.
Please hire people of other races. It's quite a shame to see "diversity and inclusion" being talked about, but when you walk around the floors, it's obvious what is happening.
The hybrid work model should stay, but with two days in the office instead of three, or let teams choose if they want full WFH. At the end of the day, productivity and profits win.
