The interview process, which includes a telephonic round, an online test, a face-to-face technical discussion, and an HR interview, is too slow to respond. When a candidate is referred by an employee, the interview process should at least be swift.

I had four rounds of interviews: one online assessment, two technical rounds, and one hiring manager round, which went well. However, I received a rejection email after a month-long interview process, and HR ghosted without proper intimation.

The overall process was good. The interviewers were knowledgeable, yet very grounded and supportive throughout the interview process. It consisted of a total of 4 rounds: 1. Online coding assessment (easy to medium level). 2. PS/DSA round with medi
