Work-life balance depends on the team and the role. While some have great WLB, for some, it is non-existent.
Strong adoption of latest technologies like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and GenAI tools.
Favouritism & Discrimination:
Despite the organization's implementation of multiple programs, the ground reality is different. People who preach don’t follow. HR teams often prioritize superficial events over addressing core issues. Departments like VAS, in particular, have high levels of favouritism and discrimination. Join only if you are from Tamil Nadu.
Excessive bureaucracy, unnecessary red tape, and slow processes.
Reorganizations happen quite frequently without a clear purpose and foresight.
Reduce bureaucracy and bring in some good leaders who can inspire the people to build great products.
