People work like a proxy or offshore office.
No ownership, so naturally, there are blame games across teams.
There is no process or easy way to work.
It's a nightmare for newcomers.
Leadership does not have direction or is not strong enough to run the team on their own.
Mostly, decisions are made from the US office.
Not truly a product company.
Feels like a service-oriented company.
An almost non-existent HR team.
Pay is not as much as what the competition offers.
People doing nothing get paid more, and those who work hard get much less.
Totally inconsistent, with favoritism.
So, gangs like Microsoft.
Build an independent center rather than a remote or offshore center. Establish a good work culture. Avoid paying irrationally to specific gangs. Standardize the work experience. No night meetings.
