Very good planning and communication. Started with an initial phone screen that was HR + a few Java questions. Then, a test was picked up from a set of Java online tests. Finally, a coding round with a senior developer.

Exam 1 was written, with around 20 questions about .NET. Exam 2 was live coding for 2 hours. The laptop was connected to the projector, and then we started coding. Google was allowed, which actually shows a person's resourcefulness in the situation.

Online assessment: 3 rounds of technical interviews. These are based on system design and Java. Questions are medium difficulty and purely based on our daily development work. Java 8 is their primary focus in the interview.
