Pathetic interview patterns and unfit interviewers. They are not serious about hiring the best candidates, but rather some robots. They have absolutely no sense of a proper evaluation format for finding talent, instead asking junk questions from the internet. Instead of focusing on logical and analytical problems and designs, they ask ridiculous SQL queries and how to find palindromes in a string.
One of the dumbest questions is "What feature do you like in Java 8?" What the hell is this?
They were sarcastic and disingenuous in these interviews. I found them rude and unprofessional. These interviewers spoil the entire culture of hiring and, eventually, the entire industry.
