Process
The interview process started with two telephonic rounds, followed by an in-house, full-day onsite session where I met with four to five people.
I wish they had included more complex problem-solving and coding questions. The interview covered some coding, some design, and questions about my past experiences and Java & related tech expertise.
The hiring bar has gotten stiffer lately as they aim to hire the best. They really need to weed out unqualified candidates from joining the company.
