I was initially contacted by phone by an IT QA Coordinator. They asked about my experience and the skills I developed in my previous jobs. The coordinator then explained how they worked at Walmart E-commerce Brasil.

Later, I was asked to come to the company to perform an exam focused on Software Testing and Automation skills. The whole process was quite friendly.

Pros: I worked with some very good guys. It was a friendly environment with good support for our projects.

Cons: Lack of vision and transparency from the managers makes our future uncertain. Too much bureaucracy to be able to work and deploy code to production.
