Pros: Good teammates, projects, and pay structure.

Cons: - NO PARKING ON CAMPUS!! They expect employees to find public/street parking nearby and walk almost a mile to reach work. The way we found out was by parking tickets; no internal communication was provided about the new rules. What kind of workplace is that? - DELIBERATE DELAY IN INTERNAL GREEN CARD application process by immigration team. Every little thing (wage determination, ETA filing, etc.) takes almost triple the time it used to take a year ago. - ANNOUNCING REMOVAL OF INTERNAL FEEDBACK FORUM with very little notice. Multiple people have expressed support against the removal, as no alternate channel was provided. - A few other cons include: * No 401k match/orthodontic coverage in the first year. * Sub-standard free Friday lunch. * Only 6 holidays per year (only 5 since most work on Thanksgiving). * Horrible middle management.

Pros: Really good work-life balance.

Cons: Low pay can be better.

Pros: - Yummy, nutritious snacks available for free. - Big bonuses (if you aren't forced at the bottom of the stack ranking). - Flexible working arrangements if you have the right manager.

Cons: This office was originally a startup that went bankrupt, and Walmart acquired it. All of the management from the startup (that failed) stayed. As you can imagine, there is some terrible management here. * No diversity. Management only likes to hire H1B candidates because they can't quit. * Very political. People get promoted based on time there. * Most people in Bentonville are very incompetent, and everyone in Bentonville hates everyone in the Reston office. * Terrible health insurance. * Hiring like crazy. They are definitely in the "trying to get butts in seats" mode at the moment.
