Pros: Brand of the company on resume
Cons: Terrible work-life balance and constant micromanagement of tasks. High pressure to push on deadlines that aren’t reasonable. Just a “good job” at the end when the deadline is met, even though it took working weekends and through the night. Working with overseas teams makes it seem like you’re working all day.
