Pays well and is one of the top-paying entry-level jobs in the area. They give you all the training you need to be successful, and you are able to move up or change jobs in the company after a year.
The warehouse environment can get hot and dusty. PTO takes a long time to accrue, and LOA is hard to get in emergency situations.
