Good Pay, Bad Morale
The pay was decent and the benefits were pretty good. Consistent schedule with the ability to change jobs/functions when available.
Lots of turnover, employees calling into work. This makes the day longer and hurts morale.
Just treat associates equally. Too much favoritism.
