The pay is decent and the hours are not that bad. The company has great benefits and matches your 401k.
The management are all friends; no one goes to bat for their workers. They only care about themselves and will lie to cover their own backsides. The promotion process is really who you know, not what you know. It’s Walmart. There is a lot of micromanaging.
My advice to you is to start listening to your employees before they rise up and start a union. Wouldn’t that be nice?
I had a phone interview first, which I did not get past to the next stage, but I am unsure why. I was asked pretty standard questions, which basically covered what was on my resume: work history, education, etc.
It was a good process. It included a lot of technical questions, LeetCode style. They also asked a bunch of behaviorals that were fairly simple and straight to the point. There were more questions that were also included.
